Julia Child would have turned 100 years old today! She was an inspiration to many, and I find it thoroughly delightful seeing the Google Doodle honoring her today.
I am baking a batch of Madeleines in her honor this evening and will post it before the stroke of Midnight, so I officially make it on her birthday!
